Paddan Sightseeing has been operating sightseeing tours on board our so-called "Paddan boats" since 1939, navigating Gothenburg's beautiful canals and harbor. Paddan is one of approximately 30 brands within the Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB group, one of Scandinavia's largest experience companies with a strong connection deep into Swedish tourism history.

For the 2026 season, we are looking for more genuine and engaged guides who can make the entire experience with us at Paddan Sightseeing a memory for life. As a guide, you are an ambassador for Paddan and the city of Gothenburg, showcasing and enthusiastically telling stories about the city to our guests. Together with your colleagues, you deliver world-class service and hospitality. This requires a person with excellent language skills, charisma, and the ability to convey stories in an engaging way to groups of all sizes. Is that you?

YOU ARE:

• An open and outgoing person who has the ability to connect with people of different ages, backgrounds, and interests.
• Focused and ambitious – even under stressful circumstances, you manage to provide guests with professional hospitality.
• A team player without ego who contributes to a positive atmosphere in your surroundings.

YOU HAVE:

• Very well-developed communication skills and fluent Swedish and English.
• Experience in service-oriented work, preferably with direct customer contact.
• The right profile. Your personality is your primary work tool and will be decisive for the employment.

AND WE BELIEVE YOU ALSO HAVE:

• Upcoming or just started higher education/university studies.
• Worked/studied abroad.
• Experience with cash registers and sales-oriented work.
• Experience with the sea and boating.
• Availability to work full-time or extra during spring and autumn.
• Other language skills.
